Yes. Digital signatures on Poetry proposals are legally valid under the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act of 2002. Each signature is timestamped and linked to the signer's email address, creating a complete audit trail you can rely on in a dispute.
When your trial ends, your account is paused and you lose access to the platform. To continue, simply add your card details and your access is restored immediately. You'll be billed R199 a month per person from that point. If Poetry isn't right for you, just don't add a card and you won't be charged anything.
No card required to start. You can build and send proposals during your trial without entering any payment details. You only add a card if you decide to continue after the trial ends.
